Fees & Charges
The Commission's published schedule of fees for regulatory services.
The schedule
Under the Insurance Act, 2021 (Act 1061), the Commission determines the fees payable for the regulatory services it provides to insurers, reinsurers and insurance intermediaries. The schedule below is the current published version.
What the schedule covers
- Licence applications — the non-refundable fee payable with an application, by category of licence.
- Licence renewals — the fee payable by a licensed entity to renew.
- Product filing — the fee payable when an insurer or intermediary files a product with the Commission.
- Other regulatory services — approvals and certifications provided by the Commission.
Paying a fee
Application fees are paid with the application and are not refunded if the application is unsuccessful. If you are applying for a licence, read the licence requirements alongside this schedule — this page carries the fees, and the requirements page carries everything else an application must include.
For anything the schedule does not answer, please contact the Commission.
